A different kind of practice.
Magnolia Advisory Group was founded with a quiet rejection of how modern professional services had become packaged — billable hours, glossy decks, the relentless pressure to scale. We wanted to do work we'd be proud of in twenty years, with people we genuinely wanted to spend time with.
So we built something small on purpose. A practice limited to a handful of engagements at a time. Long-form relationships rather than transactions. The willingness to say no to almost everything in service of saying yes — fully — to a few things.
It is not a model that scales. That is the point.
